 Our Eco-friendly Process

Our powder coating services are completed in three eco-friendly steps:

First, we do pretreatment of the substrate to ensure proper adhesion of the powder and remove any contaminants or surface imperfections. This is achieved through sandblasting, where sand particles and compressed air are released at high velocities onto the metal surface to achieve the desired effects.

 ●    Coat

The next step is to apply the powder to the substrate. Pretreatment cleans the surface, which ensures the proper adhesion of powder. We can achieve any texture, finish, and color of powder on any metal surface.

 ●    Cure

Curing is the last step of the powder coating process. Once powder is applied on the surface, it is baked in ovens at high temperatures. This leads the powder to melt and uniformly spread over the surface for even coating.
