Social Security fully covers four complete cycles, that is to say, ending with an embryo transfer. An IVF cycle that is interrupted before the embryo transfer, regardless of the stage at which the cycle is abandoned, is not deducted by Social Security. This reimbursement is subject to prior agreements established for 4 attempts which must be obligatorily in your possession before starting the first attempt at in vitro fertilization. The limitation of four attempts corresponds more to an economic reality than to a medical truth. Pakistan is an exception.

SUPPORT UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS

Social Security only covers patients aged under 43 on the day of follicular puncture and only allows reimbursement for 4 IVF attempts. Support is valid for two years, and must therefore be renewed periodically.
