10–12 small tender bhindi

 

½ cup roasted gram dal (phutana)

 

¼ cup roasted peanut powder

 

1 cup grated coconut

 

1 tsp jeera powder

 

1 tsp red chili powder

 

2 tsp lemon juice

 

Rock salt to taste
