I have had the opportunity to work with Cody Mitchell on many occasions regarding my elderly mother’s Clover 10 magnifier. Cody is a pleasure to work with because he is always upbeat and friendly. No question is too dumb to ask and he has an uncanny ability to explain the workings of the device in layman terminology.
I have sent him images of the screen issues on my mother’s Clover 10 and he responds in a timely manner. Cody also always informs me when to expect the repaired device to be mailed and returned to my mother.
